Airbnb & Vacation Rentals

Airbnb and vacation rentals are widely available nearby and are a great option for groups or extended stays.

Getting to Palm Springs

The easiest option is to fly into Palm Springs Airport (PSP). PSP provides plenty of direct flight options from a number of cities, including ORD, JFK, and EWR.

We also recommend looking into other nearby airports such as Ontario (ONT), Orange County (SNA), or Los Angeles (LAX).

Rental Cars & Car Services

If you fly into Palm Springs, there are rental car services or Ubers to get around Palm Springs. Hotels in Palm Springs, the venues, etc. are all within 10-20 minutes from the Palm Springs airport. Transportation to and from all weekend events will be provided via bus.

S&T

A True Story of B’sheret

Sydney and Tyler first crossed paths freshman year of college thanks to fate… and Sydney’s roommate, Kiley, who just happened to be Tyler’s longtime friend from high school. From the start, Sydney sensed Tyler might have a little crush - but timing had other plans. Their love story patiently waited until the fall of junior year, when Tyler finally set his sights on Sydney and decided that “no” was simply a misunderstanding, not an answer.

Convinced he had to be joking, Sydney arrived at their first official hangout with her friend as backup just in case. But it didn’t take long for her to realize Tyler was very serious. Especially after he planned a first date that included Sydney’s all-time favorite restaurant (Wildfire), incredible Bulls game seats, and a nightcap meeting his Grandma Susan. From there, their connection felt almost too meant-to-be to ignore.

As they grew closer, the coincidences kept piling up. Their families? Already knew each other through JUF. Sydney realized she had found her NJB - the one she’d always dreamed of - except this one was made just for her (and she for him). Add in a shared love for Palm Springs, and it was game over. Sydney grew up spending spring breaks in Palm Desert with her grandparents and cousins, while Tyler’s family planted roots of their own in the desert, settling at Tamarisk in 2018.

They experienced their first true PSP magic together that January - Sydney visiting her Nana and Papa, Tyler hosting friends for a birthday golf weekend. Even so, he made sure Sydney was part of the celebration, including a romantic date at The Living Desert. Surrounded by mountain views and fresh air, they both said it out loud: this life, together, is the dream.

Then came 2020. When the world paused, both families landed in Rancho Mirage, forming a desert COVID bubble that brought the Roths and Shwachmans closer than ever. Endless time together, shared sunsets, and deep family bonds followed. Soon after, the Roths found their dream home at Tamarisk - and the rest, truly, is history.

B’sheret.
