Airbnb & Vacation Rentals
Airbnb and vacation rentals are widely available nearby and are a great option for groups or extended stays.
Getting to Palm Springs
The easiest option is to fly into Palm Springs Airport (PSP). PSP provides plenty of direct flight options from a number of cities, including ORD, JFK, and EWR.
We also recommend looking into other nearby airports such as Ontario (ONT), Orange County (SNA), or Los Angeles (LAX).
Rental Cars & Car Services
If you fly into Palm Springs, there are rental car services or Ubers to get around Palm Springs. Hotels in Palm Springs, the venues, etc. are all within 10-20 minutes from the Palm Springs airport. Transportation to and from all weekend events will be provided via bus.
Registry
Thank you so much for thinking of us during this special and exciting time.
We can't wait to celebrate with you!
THINGS TO DO
Explore Palm Springs
Historic City Tour (or DIY Mid-Century Route)
Palm Springs is famous for its mid-century modern architecture and Hollywood escape history. Local tours cover iconic homes, celebrity hideaways, and the architects who shaped the look of the desert. You can also take on one of Sydney’s favorite activities and drive the neighborhoods of Vista Las Palmas, Twin Palms, Movie Colony, and Indian Canyons to see classic modernist homes.
Palm Springs Aerial Tramway
Ride the world’s largest rotating tramcar 2.5 miles up the cliffs of Chino Canyon. At the top, you’ll find cooler temperatures, scenic overlooks, and miles of hiking trails.
Palm Springs Art Museum
A beautifully curated museum featuring contemporary art, sculpture gardens, and rotating exhibits right in the heart of downtown.
Palm Springs Air Museum
Widely recognized as one of the top aviation museums in the world, the Air Museum features one of the largest collections of flyable WWII aircraft.
Moorten Botanical Garden
This historic, family-owned botanical garden is filled with rare cacti and desert plants—a peaceful stop for nature lovers.
Living Desert Zoo & Gardens State Park
Experience a unique combination of zoo and botanical garden, showcasing desert wildlife and plant life. This was where Tyler took Sydney on their first date in the desert in January 2019!
Sunnylands
Take a tour around the world-renowned Sunnylands estate, former home of Ambassadors Walter and Leonore Annenberg.
Enjoy the Outdoors
Chuckwalla Trail
Step outside your Ritz-Carlton room and embark on this view-filled 1 hour hike, highly frequented by the Roths.
Indian Canyons
A stunning network of trails with palm oases, running streams, and towering rock formations. Ideal for easy walks or half-day hikes.
Tahquitz Canyon
A short but beautiful hike leading to a seasonal waterfall—perfect for a morning outing before the heat sets in.
Bump and Grind Trail
Located in the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains National Monument, this favorite trail of Perry's offers a vigorous workout with panoramic views of the Coachella Valley.
Joshua Tree National Park (45–60 min drive)
If you have time for an iconic desert adventure, Joshua Tree offers incredible scenery, boulder fields, and some of the best sunset spots in Southern California.
Shop & Stroll
Downtown Palm Springs
Palm Canyon Drive is lined with local boutiques, vintage shops, cafés, and outdoor dining. Great for an afternoon stroll.
El Paseo Shopping District (Palm Desert)
Often called the “Rodeo Drive of the Desert,” this luxury shopping district offers designer stores, art galleries, and high-end restaurants.
